Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end user experience design for the Zoom Docs product.

  • Participate in early-stage requirement analysis, leveraging user research and data analysis to uncover user needs. Collaborate with the product team to develop product strategies, independently completing interaction and UI design to address user pain points and create a competitive overall experience.

  • Work closely with the development team to ensure the high-quality implementation of design solutions.

  • Continuously monitor and analyze popular product design trends, study target user needs, experience requirements, and aesthetic preferences, and rapidly optimize existing products.

Requirements:

  • Over 3 years of design experience.

  • Familiarity with the methodologies and workflows of large design teams, with excellent full-stack design capabilities.

  • Experience in designing for desktop, mobile, and web platforms.

  • Strong logical thinking, communication skills, and collaboration abilities; capable of managing complex product requirements and effectively working with product and development teams to achieve goals.

  • Exceptional aesthetic judgment, attention to detail, and pursuit of pixel-perfect design; proficient in human-computer interaction design and user insights.

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Interaction Design, Ergonomics, Cognitive Psychology, Industrial Design, Computer Science, or related fields.

  • Excellent English reading and writing skills, with the ability to handle simple English oral communication; able to work effectively in a fully English-speaking environment, and accurately express design ideas.

  • Preference will be given to candidates with design experience related to AI tools or those with a strong interest in AI and cutting-edge technologies, demonstrating a proactive approach to design exploration.
