Channel Sales
The Channel sales team represents the entire range of Zoom products and services to partners. They are responsible for the identification, creation, and management of key-account/business relationships with partner companies across a variety of channels to develop solutions and/or products/services to drive revenue opportunities for Zoom. (Segments include Resellers, Technology Solutions Brokerages, Strategic Alliances, Service Providers, ISVs, GSIs, Carrier Alliances, Public Sector, and Channel Specialists (SP, CC, IQ))

Solution Engineers are the lead advocates for customers; translating technical needs into product development recommendations, testing of customer environments and driving customer demand/features internally within Zoom.
