What you can expect

We are seeking an Integrated Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and manage campaigns and lead content development and marketing in Japan. You will work with cross-functional teams, managing campaigns and creating opportunities for target prospects and customers. You will lead local content development and content marketing for both local and global content to create new opportunities across target prospects and customers. Reporting to the Head of Japan Marketing, this role is crucial for success.

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years of relevant experience in campaign planning and execution, content development & marketing
• Have the interest in AI, SaaS, UCaaS CCaaS industry, current market trends, and event best practices
• Experience with marketing in a high-tech, cloud, B2B, or SaaS company
• Experience and success working in a cross-functional organization, and with a global mindset
• Enjoy working in a high-growth company culture where change is a constant
• Able to function independently, as well as collaboratively with other team members
• Have fluent verbal and written communication skills in Japanese and English.
• Understand Zoom, G-Suite, and Project management tools

ZVC JAPAN (Zoom) では、日本におけるキャンペーンの計画、実行、管理、およびリードコンテンツの制作、ローカライゼーション、マーケティングを担当するクリエイティブな発想を持った統合マーケティングマネージャーを募集しています。

このポジションは、セールス、SE、CSM、パートナー、本社のマーケティングとと連携し、キャンペーンの計画、推進、管理を行います。また、ターゲットの見込み客や顧客に新たな機会を提供するため、グローバルのコンテンツの選定、ローカリゼーションと日本市場に向けたコンテンツ制作、マーケティングをリードします。

統合マーケティングマネージャーは、日本のマーケティング部に所属し、マーケティング本部長へのレポートとなります。

【職務内容】

• 日本のビジネス戦略に合わせたキャンペーンおよびコンテンツマーケティングの戦略と目標策定、実行

• 日本のマーケティングチーム（フィールドマーケティング、イベント、パートナーマーケティング、インサイドセールス）、本社マーケティングと連携し、統合マーケティングキャンペーンと顧客体験を提供するための目標を特定し、戦略とプロジェクト計画を策定する

• 本社マーケティングチームと連携して、日本市場にに向けてグローバルのキャンペーンキットやイベントボックスの素材をフィットして、展開する

• データとインサイトを活用して、ターゲットオーディエンス、セグメントに合ったマーケティングアプローチを計画、実行する

• 全てのキャンペーンのプロジェクトマネージメントをリードし、全体進行管理を行う。

• KPIを策定し、社内のPDCAサイクルの策定、実行し、顧客の行動に関するインサイトをもとに、キャンペーンプログラムを継続的に最適化し、新しいマーケティングチャネルを開拓する

【経験とスキル】

• 5年以上のキャンペーン計画から実行、管理までの経験とコンテンツ制作・マーケティング、ローカリゼーションの経験

• AI、SaaS、UCaaS、CCaaS業界、キャンペーン、コンテンツマーケティングに興味があること

• IT、クラウド、B2B、またはSaaS企業でのマーケティング経験

• 学士号または修士号があれば尚可

• プロジェクト管理のスキルを持っていること

• 変化が絶え間なく成長する企業で仕事を楽しめること

• 自己始動型であり、革新的な取り組みをリードしていき、学習意欲が持っている

• チームメンバーとの協力や独立した作業ができること

• クロスファンクショナルな組織での業務経験とグローバルなマインドセット

• Zoom、G-Suite、Salesforce、マーケティングオートメーション、プロジェクト管理ツールを理解していること

• 口頭および文書コミュニケーションスキル

• 日本語と英語のスキル
