岗位职责

1. 负责业务线的自动化测试工作，对已有自动化框架进行持续优化并保证运行效率和稳定

2. 具备较强的测试代码编写能力，参与测试工具的开发和自动化测试推广工作

3. 主动发现、分析并解决项目中的技术/业务难题，促进产品的迭代和优化

4. 协助团队提高产品质量，推动测试中发现的问题及时合理地解决，持续优化用户体验

任职要求

1. 计算机相关专业本科毕业，具备软件测试相关的技能，热爱测试工作

2. 三年以上软件自动化测试工具或框架开发经验，了解主流的测试工具/框架/平台，能够基于此进行二次开发

3. 熟练使用Java/C#/Python中至少一种编程语言和一种脚本语言（shell/JavaScript）

4. 熟悉MySQL/Oracle//DB2中至少一种关系型数据库；DynamoDB，MongoDB熟悉一种NoSQL数据库

5. 了解WEB前、后端开发框架及中间件，熟悉并掌握至少一个较为流行的前后端分离项目。

6. 具备良好的沟通表达和团队协作能力，积极主动，执行力强，责任心强；

7. 具备较好的英文听说读写能力，能够理解日常英文工作会议中的主旨；

8. 善于思考，善于总结，具备创新精神和克难攻坚的品格
