我们正在寻找一位充满热情的AI软件工程师加入我们的人工智能团队。作为 Zoom 的AI软件工程师，您将在开发和增强我们的AI软件解决方案方面发挥关键作用。您将与我们的跨职能团队密切合作，设计、实施和优化AI算法和软件应用程序。该职位让您可以积极参与开拓性软件开发，同时利用您在这两个领域的专业知识，在影响AI的发展方向方面发挥关键作用。加入团队可以直接参与国际化产品的研发，与国外产品经验丰富的架构师、工程师直接沟通交流需求，提升工作成就感。                                                                      

工作职责：

开发优化大语言模型（LLM）的训练/微调以及推理系统，降低延时提高吞吐量，能满足业务领域的功能要求，应用在自动摘要，信息检索，智能助手，以及其他生成式AI等。

岗位职责：

负责设计开发和维护LLM训练以及推理系统

负责优化AI软件系统提高性能和效率以高效地利用大规模运算集群

负责产品相关算法模型的性能评估以及服务部署

开发AI解决方案来解决实际复杂问题

进行研究以了解人工智能和相关技术的最新进展

参与代码审查、测试和调试，确保软件产品的可靠性和质量

记录代码、算法和技术流程，供内部和外部参考

为人工智能和软件工程团队的初级成员提供指导

与产品和业务部门合作，将业务需求转化为技术解决方案。

基本资格：

在软件工程、人工智能或机器学习领域拥有 5 年以上专业经验

熟练掌握 Python、Java 或 C++ 等编程语言

对 AI 概念、算法和框架（例如 TensorFlow、PyTorch）有深入的了解

拥有大语言模型训练推理相关方面的经验。

出色的解决问题和分析能力，较强的沟通和协作能力

要具备基本的英文听说能力，其中优秀者优先

首选资格：

了解云计算平台（例如 AWS、Azure、Google Cloud）

熟练掌握自然语言处理的算法和技术，熟练应用GPT系列，LLaMa系列等预训练模型于下游任务，熟悉微调模型，自监督学习，注意力机制，Transformer，多模态学习

有大规模GPU集群并行计算，分布式机器学习，模型训练、推理（耗时/资源调度）调优经验者优先
