What you can expect

As a Solution Engineer at Zoom, you will report to the SE Manager in Japan and advocate for customers. Your responsibilities include providing product development recommendations, supporting the Channel Account manager, and translating technical requirements. You will test customer environments and promote Zoom's architectural advantages to drive customer demand, contributing to customer happiness and the success of Zoom's Communication platform.

What we’re looking for

  • 3+ years of technical experience in Collaboration technologies/a customer facing technical role

  • Have Knowledge of Zoom platform (Chat, Meetings, Video, Phone, Marketplace/API)

  • Have Voice & Network knowledge, SaaS experience is nice to have

  • Have Business Level Japanese/English (English: nice to have)

  • Have strong business acumen and executive presence, able to position Zoom Communication platform end-to-end

  • Have to experience to work cohesively with customers, Zoom Account Team, and Zoom Partners

  • Have Bachelor of Science (BS) / Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or equivalent

Zoomのソリューションエンジニアとして、日本にいるSEマネージャーに報告しながらお客様をサポートします。製品開発提案、チャネルアカウントマネージャーのサポート、技術要件の翻訳等を担当します。お客様の使用環境をテストし、Zoomアーキテクチャの優位性をアピールしながら需要を促進し、お客様の満足度向上とZoomコミュニケーションプラットフォームの事業成功に貢献いただきます。今回は特に、チャネルパートナー様と共にお客様にZoomの革新的なコミュニケーションソリューションを設計することを期待されます。(Zoomソリューションのデモや概念実証支援、ソリューションおよびアーキテクチャの設計と販売支援、リセラー・ディストリビューターパートナー様との関係構築と維持等)

必要要件

  • コラボレーション技術における3年以上の技術経験/対顧客の業務経験 (テクニカルな領域でカスタマーフェイシングする職)

  • ビジネスレベルの日本語/英語力

   日本語: ビジネスレベル以上/英語:ビジネスレベルの読解力(会話は尚可)

  • Zoom Communicationプラットフォームをエンド・ツー・エンドで位置づけることができる高いビジネスセンスとエグゼクティブプレゼンスをお持ちの方。

  • Zoomプラットフォーム(チャット、ミーティング、ビデオ、電話、マーケットプレイス/API)の知識をお持ちの方

  • 理学士(BS)/工学学士(BE)または同等の学歴をお持ちの方
