Responsibilities

  • Partnering with C-suite executives and their business units to ensure a deep understanding of business strategy

  • Coaching leaders on people-related matters including talent assessment, development, organization effectiveness, and high-performing team dynamics

  • Managing and resolving complex employee relations issues and legal risk while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

  • Providing guidance and assist in the implementation of business restructures, workforce planning, and headcount modeling

  • Coaching leaders to effectively address performance issues and deliver effective ongoing feedback

  • Coordinating with the Center of Excellence and Global PX partners to deliver PX programs to the business

What we’re looking for

  • Have 8-10 years of HR Business Partner experience, partnering directly with leaders within Finance, COO, and Marketing type functions

  • Have proven ability to establish relationships and partnerships (internal and external) at all levels of the organization

  • Be able to demonstrate empathy and experience driving inclusion work

  • Be able to demonstrate project management and change management experience.

  • Have demonstrated experience learning and thriving in a constantly changing environment and ability to cultivate relationships across teams.

  • Experience using data to identify insights that drive action

  • Possess consulting, coaching and facilitation skills  Possess the ability to handle ambiguity with ease

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$93,900.00

Maximum:

$217,000.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
