What you can expect
We are seeking a Japan UCaaS Sales & Business Operation to define, design and drive Zoom’s UCaaS selling strategies in the Japan market. There is an emphasis on Zoom Phone. You will be working with both existing and new customers. You will be providing customers with a UCaaS platform (Cloud PBX services), that meets their telephony and video needs.

What we’re looking for
8+ years of experience in sales or business development
Product Sales (including SE support) experience in the PBX/telephone industry
Experience in identifying and driving the execution of tasks required for business expansion
Fluent Japanese speaker and Business level English (Writing & Reading is highly required)
Experience in telecom carrier business (Sales/SE/Sales Planning)
*Knowledge of laws (Telecommunications Business Law, Act on Prevention of Transfer of Criminal Proceeds) and identity verification (KYC and eKYC) related to the provision of telephone numbers and call forwarding services in the Japanese market.
Business Development/Marketing experience in On-Prem/Cloud PBX in large enterprise segment
Experience participating in product improvement projects necessary for business expansion

事業拡大に必要な製品改善プロジェクトへの参画経験
