Experience Center Evangelist

What you can expect

As the Experience Center Evangelist, you are a storyteller and technology lover at heart with a passion for solution-powered demonstrations and putting things in the context of your audience’s business. You also have leadership skills, allowing you to help our team of evangelists balance scripted presentations with creativity and a sense of human connection. This is an individual contributor role with an emphasis on collaborative peer leadership within the EBC’s team of Evangelists.

The Zoom Experience Center provides our customers and partners with the opportunity to be immersed in our innovations and to unlock how Zoom can help transform their businesses. Our mission is to design strategic, collaborative, customer-centric discussions and experiences that showcase the art of the possible with Zoom.

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years of technical experience in Collaboration technologies
  • 7+ years in a primarily customer facing position at the UpMarket/Enterprise level
  • Experience within the UCaaS or CCaaS industry
  • Experience with demonstrating in front of a live camera production environment, large audiences, and intimate audiences alike
  • Experience energy and enthusiasm combined with polish and poise
  • Experience with problem-solving and time management skills, comfortable with managing multiple projects at once and prioritizing

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$76,800.00

Maximum:

$186,200.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
