    Enablement Manager, Partner Learning & Content Experience

    What you can expect

    The Enablement Manager, Partner Learning & Content Experience plays a critical role in shaping the partner experience through content governance, discoverability, and engagement across our Partner Portal. This role ensures that Zoom’s partners have easy access to high-quality, relevant, and up-to-date content and learning, empowering them to succeed with Zoom’s solutions.

    About the Team

    This role collaborates closely with partner content managers, enablement teams, and learning specialists to curate, structure, and optimize partner training materials. It will drive best practices for content management, maintain content integrity and accessibility, and implement scalable experiences that align with business goals.


    This role requires a partner-first mindset with a focus on how effective content and curation will scale, grow and improve our partner engagement. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in learning experience design, content management, and partner education.

    Responsibilities

    • Enhancing Content Governance & Organization:
      - Develop and enforce content governance standards in alignment with the overall Revenue Organization standards. This ensures a consistent and high-quality partner content and learning experience.
      - Own the evaluation of internal assets to determine their relevance for partners. Review incoming content in Seismic and collaborate
      with content owners to advocate for the approval of assets suitable for partner use.

    • Improving Learning Experience Design & Optimization:
      - Define content organization strategies that support personalized and role-based learning for partners.
      - Improve content tagging, metadata usage, and navigation to enhance the findability and usability of partner resources.

    • Enhancing Partner Content & Learning Effectiveness:
      - Use engagement data and feedback to refine the partner content experience, ensuring learning materials resonate with partner audiences.
      - Analyze content performance within the LMS and Partner Portal and recommend improvements based on adoption trends.

    • Providing Platform & Content Support:
      - Act as an LMS and Partner Portal content administrator to ensure seamless content publishing.
      - Collaborate with IT and Enterprise Systems teams for minor system configurations related to content visibility and user access.

    What we’re looking for

    • Have 5+ years of experience in content management, learning experience design, or enablement, ideally in a partner or revenue organization.

    • Demonstrate a solid understanding of content governance best practices within LMS, CMS, or partner enablement platforms.

    • Have experience working with partner education programs and content engagement strategies.

    • Be proficient in Seismic, Docebo, or other LMS and CMS tools for content structuring and administration.

    • Demonstrate the ability to analyze engagement data and recommend content optimizations.

    • Exhibit excellent organizational skills with experience in managing large content libraries and maintaining version control.

    • Have basic knowledge of metadata, tagging, and content search optimization techniques.

    • Demonstrate effective collaboration and communication skills to work cross-functionally with content creators, enablement teams, and technical administrators.

    Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

    Minimum:

    $76 800,00

    Maximum:

    $186 200,00

    In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

    Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

    We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
