算法工程师

职责：

• 负责AI算法的设计与开发，用于场景如根因分析和策略优化。

• 实现和优化深度强化学习、机器学习和其他高级AI技术。

• 分析和处理大规模运维数据，进行特征工程和模型训练。

• 与团队合作开发高效、可扩展的AI解决方案，以提升系统性能和运维效率。

• 在各种业务中探索机器学习落地的可行性。

基本要求：

• 计算机科学、人工智能、统计学或相关领域的硕士学位。

• 至少3年相关工作经验，具有深度学习和机器学习背景。

• 精通Python编程语言和主流深度学习框架（如TensorFlow或PyTorch）。

• 有使用深度强化学习和其他先进AI技术解决实际问题的经验。

• 熟悉数据处理和可视化工具（如Pandas、NumPy、Matplotlib）。

加分项：

• 在运维自动化领域的工作经验。

• 熟悉云计算平台和大数据技术（如AWS、Azure、Spark、Hadoop）。

• 有成功实施AI项目并取得显著业务成果的经历。

• 良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。

• 强烈的问题解决能力和创新思维。
