算法工程师

【岗位介绍】
该岗位负责开发和维护使用机器学习技术来识别和防范欺诈行为的系统，利用数据分析、模型建立和监测等技能，设计和构建用于检测和预防欺诈的机器学习模型，并负责实施和优化相关的算法和模型。

【岗位职责】
1、利用机器学习技术，通过对大量数据进行分析和建模，设计和开发用于反欺诈的预测模型和算法；
2、针对现有的反欺诈系统进行持续改进和优化，包括算法、模型和数据处理流程的优化；
3、协同业务团队，提供反欺诈模型和算法技术支持，解决实际应用中的问题；
4、跟踪和研究业界最新的反欺诈技术和趋势，积极分享，推动团队技术水平的提升。

【岗位要求】
1、硕士及以上学历，计算机科学、数据科学、统计学、数学或相关专业，2年及以上工作经验，良好的英文理解和沟通能力；
2、扎实的机器学习和数据挖掘技术基础，熟悉常见的机器学习算法和工具，如深度学习、支持向量机（SVM）、决策树、随机森林等；
3、丰富的数据处理和特征工程经验，能够独立进行数据清洗、特征选择和特征构建等工作；
4、熟练掌握任一编程语言，如Python、Java、C++等，能够独立进行算法和模型的实现和优化；
5、有大数据或分布式计算经验，熟悉Hadoop、Spark、Hive、Kafka、Hudi、Flink、Presto等开源大数据技术，理解其应用原理和场景；
6、良好的沟通能力、团队协作能力、问题解决能力，能够与业务团队紧密合作，理解业务需求，并将其转化为技术解决方案。

【加分项】
1、具有欺诈检测/异常检测领域的经验优先。
