资深语音识别/语音合成专家

岗位职责：
1. 带领团队负责公司核心语音识别、合成系统的研发。
2. 配合产品需求，整理训练数据，搭建并训练语音识别、合成模型。
3. 跟踪业界最新深度学习算法及性能优化方法，不断完善语音识别系统的识别准确率及计算效率。

职位要求：
1. 具备计算机、电子、数学等相关专业博士及以上学历。
2. 深入了解语音识别模型如DNN-HMM、RNN-Transducer及Attention-based 等端到端模型。
3. 有商用语音识别系统开发经验，具备优化语音识别系统中声学模型or语言模型or解码器的能力。
4. 具备良好的编程基础，熟练掌握C/C++，Python，熟悉Linux相关操作及Shell脚本。
5. 熟悉常用的神经网络模型与算法，如CNN、LSTM、CTC、Transformer、图结构等。
6. 熟悉语音识别方向常用的开发工具 如Kaldi、HTK、 Pykaldi、Tensorflow、Pytorch 等。
7. 发表过相关方向高水平学术论文如TASLP、ICASSP、Interspeech者优先。
