大数据开发工程师

业务介绍：
在Zoom 2.0时代，我们正在从一款优秀的现象级视频会议产品，逐步升级成协同办公平台，产品横跨了视频会议、语音电话、呼叫中心、智能助手、办公文档等。
Zoom正在构建高效智能的数据中台来满足日益增长的产品生态发展需要, 提升数据开发和管理效率，促进数据驱动的公司文化，加速产品优化和业务发展，提高服务可靠性和稳定性。

岗位职责：
1. 承担数据平台的后端开发和架构设计工作，包含离线计算、实时计算、调度系统、数据同步、资产管理、成本体系等。
2. 深入理解业务需求，分析和发现系统瓶颈，推动需求落地和系统升级。
3. 指导团队新人，引领团队的技术发展方向。

任职要求：
1. 计算机和软件相关专业，本科及以上学历，5 年以上 Java 开发经验，精通 Java 开发和调优。
2. 熟悉常见的 Java 框架和技术，如 Spring/Springboot/MyBatis 等。
3. 熟悉大数据生态，熟悉 Hadoop/Hive/Spark/Flink/Trino/Hudi/ClickHouse/StarRocks 等一项或多项大数据技术。
4. 有成熟的大数据平台开发项目经历，了解整个平台架构，主导过至少其中一个模块。
5. 良好的跨团队沟通协作能力，认真负责，积极主动。
加分项：
1. Kubernetes 和 Docker的使用经验
2. 有良好的英语口语交流能力优先
3. 有过开源项目贡献者优先
