职位职责：

1. 改进优化现有的音频引擎。

2. 基于各平台（Android/IOS/Windows/Mac/Linux）优化声音采集、播放、Loopback 等控制逻辑，分析和优化特定音频设备上的声音问题。

3. 对音频处理算法进行产品化，提升Zoom视频会议的语音质量和用户体验。

职位要求：

1. 计算机、信号处理、电子工程、数学等相关专业；

2. 熟练使用C++编程语言。

3. 热爱音频相关的开发，良好的学习探索和人际沟通能力。

4. 熟悉WebRTC整体架构与算法模块者优先。

高级音频软件工程师

岗位职责：

1. 对音频处理算法进行产品化，提升Zoom视频会议的语音质量和用户体验。

2. 设计、优化现有音频引擎的整体架构与线程模型。

3. 优化音频设备管理、音频编解码、抗网络丢包抖动等技术模块。

职位要求：

1. 计算机、信号处理、电子工程、数学等相关专业；

2. 精通C/C++编程语言，熟练掌握多进程、多线程编程与性能优化技巧，对数据结构、设计模式、操作系统有较深的了解；

3. 对音频设备管理、音频编解码器(Opus/Silk/AAC)、NetEQ算法、3A算法(AEC/AGC/ANS) 有较丰富的开发经验；

4. 良好的逻辑思维能力、学习探索能力和人际沟通能力；

5. 熟悉WebRTC整体架构与算法模块者优先。
