Workplace Specialist

我们正在寻找优秀的Workplace Specialist加入我们Workplace团队。Workplace部门主要负责公司的hard service和soft service相关工作、ERT(Emergency Response Team)组织和培训等各类事务，致力于为员工营造安全、舒适、健康、温馨的办公环境。我们的团队关注工作的细致、高效，专注员工体验的提升，期待优秀候选人的加入。

岗位职责：

1. 负责办公现场的hard service工作，包括但不限于日常设备设施维护管理、巡检、项目管理等工作。

2.完成日常行政内部服务工作，维护办公秩序及办公环境；

3.负责办公用品的采购、领用和分发工作；

4.规划举办公司内部活动，负责日常零食、餐饮相关事务；

5.新员工入职的相关事务;

6.负责公司信件、快件等的收发工作；

7.负责办公室装修事务对接及办公场所设施的维护；

8.对接公司保洁、保安人员，指导并监督工作;

9.协助完成其他上级安排的行政相关工作。

岗位要求：

1. 本科及以上学历，机电类专业，3年以上工作经验者优先考虑；持高/低压电工、制冷等特种操作证者优先；

2.品行端正，待人主动热情，有亲和力，执行力强，具有较强的责任心和敬业精神，责任心强，能够吃苦耐劳;

3.能灵活应变，有较强的沟通、协调、语言及文字表达能力；

4.能熟练使用office等办公软件；

5.有供应商管理经验和外企工作经验者优先；

6.基本的英文读写能力；
