What you can expect

The Zoom team is looking for a Workplace Coordinator to manage daily operations at the Tokyo Engagement Hub and provide virtual support across APAC. This role requires initiative, exceptional organizational skills, and adaptability to handle diverse responsibilities while prioritizing excellent service for customers, employees, and visitors. This role is based in Tokyo, and reports to the Manager in Amsterdam.

About the Team

What we’re looking for

  • Have 2+ years experience in workplaces, events, office management, or facilities roles, delivering top notch customer service and helping create a class employee experience daily

  • Have fluent Japanese and English skills

  • Be a self-starter, have skills to work independently, driving projects and tasks to completion with little directions

  • Have experience with internal facility ticket systems and meeting

  • Understand working in a hybrid environment, across geographies and

  • Have responsive and skills to adapt to rapid-changing circumstances with passion and outgoing proactivity

  • Showcase excellent organizational, interpersonal, analytical, written and oral communications

  • 職場、イベント、オフィス管理、施設業務において最低2年以上の経験を有し、一流のカスタマーサービスを提供し、従業員のクラス体験を日々創造することに貢献できる方。

  • 流暢な日本語&英語のスキルをお持ちの方

  • 組織化されたセルフスターターで、細かなDirectionがなくても業務を遂行できる方

  • 社内の施設チケットシステムやミーティングの対応経験がある方

  • 地域を超えたハイブリッドな環境での業務経験がある方

  • 情熱と積極性を持ち、急速に変化する状況に適応できる方

  • 優れた組織力、対人能力、分析力、文章力、口頭でのコミュニケーションスキルをお持ちの方
