业务介绍:

在Zoom 2.0时代，我们正在从一款优秀的现象级视频会议产品，逐步升级成协同办公平台，产品横跨了视频会议、语音电话、呼叫中心、智能助手、办公文档等。

1. 团队负责Zoom Online业务线的开通环节，引导中小型企业的客户快速熟悉并适应Zoom产品和服务，更好的感受Zoom所提供服务的价值，提升用户粘性，并为扩大销售提供机会。

2. 团队氛围开放，鼓励学习与成长，有机会熟悉和参与Zoom的各类产品线。

3. 参与国际化产品的业务开发，提升工作成就感。

4. 加入国际化团队的协作，能提升英语学习氛围，增强自身软技能。

岗位职责:

1. 负责Zoom 业务线Web前端的开发和维护工作，对系统进行持续优化并保证系统稳定；

2. 围绕用户体验为核心，参与项目需求沟通与分析，制定项目计划并稳步执行；

3. 协助团队改进框架，持续优化前端性能和用户体验。

任职要求:

1. 计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，3年及以上前端开发经验；

2. 熟悉 SCSS , LESS , Tailwind 等常用 CSS 框架，能够熟练使用 TypeScript；

3. 熟练使用Vue(React) 等前端框架，熟悉其核心实现原理及技术栈相关工具的应用；

4. 熟悉Webpack，Vite等构建工具和自动化部署工具，能够独立构建和部署前端项目；

5. 具备前端架构设计、性能优化、组件化和模块化等方面的实践经验；

6. 具备良好的交互感知和设计开发能力，有交互设计项目经验；

7. 具备较好的英文听说读写能力，能够理解日常英文工作会议中的主旨；

8. 具备良好的沟通和团队协作能力，工作积极主动，思路清晰，责任心强，有自驱力；

9. 学习能力强，热衷技术，喜欢钻研，有GitHub相关贡献或个人技术博客者优先。
