前端开发工程师（Web App）

岗位职责：

1.负责Zoom产品线Web前端的开发和维护工作；

2.参与产品的讨论和UI设计，配合UI团队设计系统交互的流程，实现UI效果；

3.协助团队改进框架、优化前端性能。

任职要求：

1. 本科及以上学历，3年以上前端开发经验；

2. 精通JavaScript(Typescript), ECMAScript 6, HTML, CSS, Ajax, SASS/LESS等前端开发技术；

3. 非常熟练的使用react,redux,react-router； 善于组件化开发，对前端数据流有比较深入的理解，使用过redux, MobX, rxjs中的至少一种；

4. 非常熟悉前端工程化，熟悉webpack, rollup等的基本原理。能结合项目进行灵活的配置和扩展；

5. 善于分析问题，能合理的分解和设计项目的组件和功能模块；

6. 熟悉响应式设计、 熟悉Progressive Web Application(PWA) 和 service worker，并理解其作用和原理者优先；

7. 熟悉webassembly、web worker、 webGL、HTML5 Canvas等技术者优先；

8. 能熟练的查找和阅读英文资料；

9. 学习能力强，热衷技术，喜欢钻研, 有github或个人技术blog者优先；

10. 有前端自动化测试, 单元测试方面经验者优先；

11. 有微前端开发经验者优先；

12. 具备良好的沟通和团队协作能力，工作积极主动，思路清晰，责任心强。
