About the Team
We support Zoom’s overall business strategy by supporting the needs of our most important resource, our people. We help teams identify, hire, onboard, develop, reward, and continually improve the employee experience for all Zoomies.


What we’re looking for

  • Have extensive OD Expertise: bring hands-on leadership, talent life cycle and organizational development experience to the table. You will have a track record of success in diverse and dynamic environments.

  • Demonstrate Cross-Functional Collaboration: Excel at building robust cross-functional relationships with stakeholders across the business, navigating complex matrices with ease.

  • Demonstrate some knowledge of instructional design principles, crafting content or guiding vendors to craft content that inspire and empower leaders to excel.

  • Be a master of OD Principles: Possess a deep understanding of organizational development and effectiveness principles, touching every aspect of the employee lifecycle.

  • Demonstrate Consultative Excellence: Embrace a consultative approach, partnering closely with business leaders and HR Business Partners to deliver impactful solutions that drive results.

  • Have a passion for Client Success: Above all, care deeply about client success, setting high standards for yourself while maintaining a fun and collaborative spirit.

Fraudulent Employment Offers

Zoom is aware of scams that involve fake Zoom job listings posted on third-party sites. Responding applicants are contacted primarily over email, InMail and/or chat applications by people impersonating Zoom employees. Eventually a fake offer letter is sent in exchange for personal identification information as part of a fake new-hire screening process.

Please be advised that these offers, communications and impersonations are illegitimate and fraudulent. All communication with Zoom employees come from a “@zoom.us” email address. Zoom job applicants complete an interview process including in-person (on Zoom) meetings and phone calls. Our process also requires you to create an account with our applicant tracking system, Workday.

Zoom will never ask for your personally identifying information during the interview process or ask you to pay money or purchase equipment. If you have received a message from Zoom that appears suspicious, please contact careers@zoom.us.
