About the Team

Our team at Zoom is dedicated to supporting and optimizing essential Revenue and Channel systems and processes. As a Business Systems Analyst (BSA), you'll be joining a collaborative group of professionals focused on ensuring the efficiency of our systems & operations. We work closely together to analyze, improve, and maintain critical systems, enabling seamless operations and driving our business forward. Responsibilities

  • Owning and leading projects in a complex and fast-growing organization

  • Managing project deliverables - negotiate timelines and deliverables with business stakeholders,

    manage timelines and prioritize business expectations

  • Owning complete system enhancements, regression testing, oversight of change control process

  • Having keen interest on problem identification, prioritization, and impact analysis

  • Gathering requirements, BRD & FSD creation and approvals, solution design, implementation, test execution, issue triage and knowledge transfer activities. Establishing key metrics and communicating project progress, solutions, and risks.

  • Documenting process, training, and maintenance of existing and new systems

  • Developing, optimizing or overhaul new and existing business processes through system

    configurations or customizations

What we’re looking for

  • 3+ years of experience analyzing business requirements, researching solutions, and driving system and process implementations

  • Have a Bachelor's diploma, ideally in Operations Management Information Systems or related.

  • Experience navigating requirements across multiple IT systems and an understanding of IT

    infrastructure

  • Have hands-on past experience with Salesforce.com

  • Be available outside of business operating hours for system deployments or bug fixes as needed

  • Have familiarity with CPQ, Billing, Revenue recognition systems and processes, Finance, Marketing, and other non Revenue team systems and processes

  • Experience creating BRD's, FSD's and obtaining impacted executive stakeholder approvals

  • Experience with SaaS/UCaaS Enterprise systems and SaaS/UCaaS business operations
