What you can expect

This role will be joining the Zoom Contact Center Software Engineering team. Zoom Contact Center is an omni-channel contact center that's optimized for video and integrated into the same Zoom experience. Zoom Contact Center brings unified communications together with contact center capabilities.

About the Team

Come join us at Zoom as a Web Frontend Developer with the Zoom Contact Center team! This team is focused on building, enhancing, and adding new features to our cloud-based Contact Center solution. This product has been launched in 2021 and is expanding rapidly. There are limitless opportunities ahead of us!

What we’re looking for

  • 3+ years’ work experience with a  Bachelors of Science  degree or equivalent 

  • Be able to demonstrate software development experience in JavaScript with a modern MVC framework

  • Able to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Be hands software development experience using Vue.JS, React.JS, or Angular Knowledge (Vue.JS is our tech stack)

  • Ability to understand complex workflows and develop and validate innovative solutions to solve difficult problems.

  • Able to Build, deploy, and support an enterprise-scale web application in the cloud.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$83,700.00

Maximum:

$178,000.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
