Senior PX Data Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth statistical analysis to identify trends and predict employee outcomes

• Lead complex People Analytics research projects from inception to completion

• Design, administer, and analyze employee surveys to gather valuable insights

• Create and deliver actionable insight presentations for executive-level audiences

• Provide expert guidance on People Analytics best practices and methodologies

Qualifications:

• 7-10 years of experience in people analytics

• Advanced proficiency in SQL

• Strong background in statistical analysis using Python or R

• Proven experience in survey design, administration, and analysis

• Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate complex ideas to executives

Nice to Haves :

• Advanced degree in I/O Psychology

• Experience working with Workday data

• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
