Product Manager(Evergreen)

岗位职责：

负责协同办公产品中较大一块区域的战略、roadmap和迭代；
洞察用户和客户的使用场景，跟设计团队一起打磨创新的产品方案；
建立数据监控，通过数据分析验证迭代效果，并持续优化；
与商业化团队配合打造商业闭环；
有优秀的PM基本功，能起到示范作用，能提升团队的工作质量；

职位要求：

统招本科及其以上学历，211或985类院校，计算机、设计等相关专业优先考虑；
七年以上面向用户的互联网产品经验，有过打磨用户体验的经历，对什么是优秀的用户体验有很强的认知；
有协同类SAAS产品的工作经验；
重度效率工具使用者，对效率工具有很强的热情；
理解设计思维，理解从需求发现到方案设计到上线迭代的设计流程；
有一定的领导力，能带领若干人的PM团队；
出色的战略能力，能在深刻理解公司战略的基础上，规划产品的愿景和roadmap；
出色的问题解决能力，能面对没有现成答案的问题；
