岗位职责：

1. 负责 Zoom 产品线 Web 前端的开发和维护工作，对系统进行持续优化并保证系统稳定；

2. 围绕用户体验为核心，参与项目需求沟通与分析，制定项目计划并稳步执行；

3. 协助团队改进框架，持续优化前端性能和用户体验。

任职要求：

1. 计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，5年及以上前端开发经验；

2. 熟练掌握 Vue2、Vue3 前端框架，熟悉其核心实现原理及技术栈相关工具的应用；

3. 掌握 JavaScript 、Typescript 语言，具备优秀的抽象能力，有丰富的 JS 面向对象编程经验；

4. 掌握 CSS，对页面模块化开发，有丰富的实战经验，了解响应式设计原理和实践；

5. 掌握 HTML 语义化有深刻地理解，了解 a11y 的相关知识；

6. 熟悉 Webpack, Vite 等构建工具和自动化部署工具，能够独立构建和部署前端项目；

7. 具备前端架构设计、性能优化、组件化和模块化等方面的实践经验；

8. 具备良好的交互感知和设计开发能力，有交互设计项目经验；

9. 具备较好的英文听说读写能力，能够理解日常英文工作会议中的主旨；

10. 具备良好的沟通和团队协作能力，工作积极主动，思路清晰，责任心强，有自驱力；

11. 学习能力强，热衷技术，喜欢钻研，有 GitHub 相关贡献或个人技术博客者优先。
