What you can expect

We are looking for a motivated Marketing Campaign Optimization Manager to lead the end-to-end process of campaign planning. You will handle database enrichment and targeting requirements, deliver campaign planning, follow-up briefs, and track progress on the Impact of Campaigns. You will work alongside the wider Japan Marketing team including cross-functional support teams. You will be a self-starter to drive business growth and enhance Zoom’s Brand visibility in Japan. This role reports to the Head of Japan Marketing.

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years of relevant experience in data management, marketing operation & process. And marketing data analysis & insight
• Experience with marketing in a high-tech, cloud, B2B, or SaaS company
• Experience and success working in a cross-functional organization, and with a global mindset
• Be familiar with data management skills in Salesforce, Tableau, Pardot, and SQL, Excel
• Enjoy working in a high-growth company culture where change is a constant
• Able to function independently, as well as collaboratively with other team members
• Have fluent verbal and written communication skills in Japanese and English.
• Understand Zoom, G-Suite, and Project management tools

この職務は、ジャパンマーケティング部長の直属となります。

責任:

• SanSanデータサービスを利用したマーケティングデータの品質向上とエンリッチメントのイニシアチブをリードする

• 日本マーケティングチームと連携し、マーケティングプログラムのコアターゲット層を定義する

• サードパーティのデータ取得を合理化し、社内コアシステムへのスムーズな取り込みを確保する

• データの正確性とデータ標準がすべてのマーケティングシステムに適用されていることを確認し、より広範なクロスファンクショナルチームと協力する際に日本マーケティングの代表として行動する

• 顧客/見込み客のライフサイクルにおけるキャンペーンアウトプットを最適化するためのギャップを特定し、解決策を提案する

• 日本のマーケティングチームに現在のキャンペーンパフォーマンスに関する洞察を提供し、長期的なパフォーマンス向上のための提案を行う

• 営業、マーケティング、BDR/SDR、チャネルチームなどの社内チームとの強力なコラボレーションを促進し、マーケティング活動を日本における全体的なビジネス目標に整合させる

• グローバル・センター・オブ・エクセレンス、マーケティング・オペレーション、アクテ ベーション・チームと定期的にコミュニケーションをとり、洞察やベストプラクティスを共有し、グローバルなイニシアチブを調整する

• セールス、チャネル、マーケティングチームと協力し、日本における成長プランのためのマーケティング戦略を策定する

• 市場調査を実施し、トレンド、顧客行動、競合他社の活動を特定する

必要条件:

• データマネジメント、マーケティングオペレーション＆プロセス、マーケティングデータ分析＆インサイトにおける5年以上の関連経験

• ハイテク、クラウド、B2B、SaaS企業でのマーケティング経験

• 修士号または学士号取得者優遇 

• クロスファンクショナルな組織で、グローバルなマインドセットを持って仕事をした経験と成功経験

• Salesforce、Tableau、Pardot、SQL、Excelでのデータ管理スキル

• 変化が絶えない、速いペースで成長する企業文化で働くことを楽しめる方

• セルフスターターであり、自発的に革新的な取り組みをリードし、卓越性を推進する能力

• 独立して機能するだけでなく、他のチームメンバーと協力して機能することができる

• Zoom、G-Suite、プロジェクト管理ツールを理解していること
