在Zoom 2.0时代，我们正在从一款优秀的现象级视频会议产品，逐步升级成协同办公平台，产品横跨了视频会议、语音电话、呼叫中心、智能助手、办公文档等。

业务介绍：

方向1- Zoom Events

1. 团队负责Zoom Events这一虚拟事件平台的研发，帮助全球的商业用户提供任何时间、任何地点、任何设备的不同规模的会晤/活动的线上/线下一体的体验

2. 团队氛围开放，鼓励学习与成长，有机会熟悉和参与Zoom的各类产品线。

3. 虚拟事件平台是一个近几年才兴起的产品，可以跟着产品一起了解行业并引领行业。

4. 参与国际化产品的业务开发，提升工作成就感。

5. 加入国际化团队的协作，能提升英语学习氛围，增强自身软技能。

方向2-Online Business（Onboarding）

1. 团队负责Zoom Online业务线的开通环节，引导中小型企业的客户快速熟悉并适应Zoom产品和服务，更好的感受Zoom所提供服务的价值，提升用户粘性，并为扩大销售提供机会。

2. 团队氛围开放，鼓励学习与成长，有机会熟悉和参与Zoom的各类产品线。 3. 参与国际化产品的业务开发，提升工作成就感。

4. 加入国际化团队的协作，能提升英语学习氛围，增强自身软技能。

方向3-ZCX&ZVA

1、Zoom的智能客服平台业务，为客服人员提供一站式协作的智能助手服务，使其高效快速解决客户问题；

2、为Zoom集成第三方平台功能，如ChatGPT等AI能力，提升用户体验，丰富Zoom平台生态。

方向4-Meeting Web

1. 团队负责Zoom meeting/webinar的Web后端开发工作。Zoom Meeting作为我们的核心产品，已经为全球数百万用户提供了高质量的音视频通信服务。

2. 团队氛围开放，鼓励学习与成长，有机会熟悉和参与Zoom的各类产品线。

3. 参与国际化产品的业务开发，提升工作成就感。

4. 加入国际化团队的协作，能提升英语学习氛围，增强自身软技能。
 

岗位职责：

1. 负责Zoom业务线的后端开发工作，对系统进行持续优化并保证系统稳定； 2. 参与项目需求沟通、分析，进而制定项目评估及实现方案，执行过程注重用户体验；

3. 结合个人经验及Zoom公共服务能够独立完成相关项目的技术设计方案；

4. 具备较强的代码编写能力，能独立完成高难度任务的设计、开发、测试，以及解决线上的问题；

5. 具备较强的Web项目开发相关的安全意识、经验，在设计和实现过程中时刻关注安全。

任职要求：

1、计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，3年及以上Java开发经验；

2. Java基础扎实，深入理解IO、多线程、集合等基础框架和JVM原理，深入理解常用的设计模式及应用场景；

3. 熟练掌握Spring，Spring Boot，Spring Cloud，MyBatis等流行开源框架的使用，深入了解其原理和实现机制；

4. 熟练使用Linux，Nginx，Tomcat等进行开发和调优；

5. 掌握MySQL数据库设计和性能调优，熟悉DynamoDB，MongoDB等NoSQL数据库；

6. 熟悉Memcached，Redis，Kafka，ES等中间件的使用；

7. 熟悉Web Security各类场景及相应的处理方案；

8. 具备良好的沟通表达和团队协作能力，积极主动，执行力强，责任心强；

9. 具备英文邮件、文档读写能力，适应全英文工作环境。
