岗位描述
1. 和Zoom 全球产品团队及内部业务团队一起制定项目计划，完成需求分析设计以及创建具体开发任务，能完成跨团队协调来推进计划按时保质交付；
2. 能够独立完成相关产品技术架构的设计；
3. 具备很强的代码编写能力，能独立完成高难度任务的开发工作，以及解决开发过程中和线上的技术难题；
4. 能够识别服务产品架构中存在的风险，并能够制定优化方案以及推动落实；
5. 能够对项目产品以及技术路线的创新持续作出贡献。 

任职要求：
1. 计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，5年以上Java开发经验；
2. Java基础扎实，深入理解IO、多线程、集合等基础框架和JVM原理，深入理解常用的设计模式及应用场景；熟悉Web Security各类场景及相应的处理方案
3. 熟练掌握Spring，Spring Boot，Spring Cloud，MyBatis等流行开源框架的使用，深入了解其原理和实现机制；
4. 熟练使用Linux，Nginx，Tomcat等进行开发和调优；
5. 掌握MySQL数据库设计和性能调优，熟悉DynamoDB，MongoDB等NoSQL数据库；
6. 熟悉Memcached，Redis，Kafka，ES等中间件的使用；
7. 具备良好的沟通表达和团队协作能力，积极主动，执行力强，责任心强；
8. 具备英文邮件、文档读写能力，适应全英文工作环境；
9. 具备英文流利沟通能力是加分项。
10.有大型分布式SaaS系统和CaaS系统经验的优先
