深入洞察和理解Team Chat业务；

参与公司Team Chat业务系统的需求分析、方案设计、功能设计以及编码实现；

协同产品经理、设计、开发、测试、运维等人员，推动并保障跨团队项目高质量落地；

主动发现、分析并解决项目中的技术/业务难题，优化用户体验，促进产品的迭代。

计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，5年及以上Java开发经验；

熟练掌握Spring全家桶，包括Spring Boot、Spring Cloud等；

精通MyBatis，熟练使用MySQL，具备数据库设计能力；

精通消息队列(如Kafka、RabbitMQ)；

精通缓存技术(如Redis、Memcached)；

熟悉NoSql数据库(如Dynamo/Mongo)；

了解分布式系统架构，具备高并发、高可用系统开发经验；

了解OAS3规范；

具备良好的问题分析和解决及持续学习的能力和意愿；

具备良好的沟通协作能力，能够与团队成员有效配合；

具有责任心和Owner意识，能够承担压力，有较强的执行力;

具备良好的产品意识，能够从用户角度提出改进建议。

具备英文听说读写能力，适应全英文工作环境。

有外企及跨国协作经验者优先；

有IM相关协议设计和开发工作经验优先；

熟悉VUE/React的全栈工程师优先；
