岗位职责：

1.与产品团队和内部业务团队合作,参与Zoom搜索/问答/推荐相关业务功能的开发，满足Zoom相关业务线的功能需求;

2.抽象开发框架与组件，提升业务支持效率，推动相关技术平台化和产品化;

3.参与搜索引擎、推荐引擎、模型预测、向量检索等基础系统和平台的设计、研发和调优，提升效率，降低成本。

任职要求：

1.计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，5年以上后端开发经验；

2.Java基础扎实，深入理解IO、多线程、集合等基础框架和JVM原理，深入理解常用的设计模式及应用场景；

3.熟练掌握Spring，Spring Boot，Spring Cloud, MyBatis等流行开源框架的使用，深入了解其原理和实现机制；

4.掌握MySQL数据库设计和性能调优，熟悉DynamoDB，MongoDB等NoSQL数据库；

5.熟悉Memcached、Redis、Kafka、ES等中间件的使用；

6.参与过大规模系统的设计与研发工作，能承担一线的架构设计或研发工作，具有高并发在线服务系统开发经验；

7.具备良好的沟通表达和团队协作能力，积极主动，执行力强，责任心强；

8.具备基本英文沟通表达，文档读写能力。

加分项

1.丰富的搜索/推荐引擎研发经验，熟悉搜索/推荐的业务流程（召回、精排、重排等），熟悉索引、缓存、负载均衡、分布式等基本原理;

2.熟悉相关的开源系统，如Lucene、TensorFlow、Pytorch等;

3.有算法服务开发经验，算法服务性能优化（如结合GPU等的优化经验)。
