资深Java开发工程师/架构师（中间件方向)

岗位职责：

1.负责Zoom相关中间件服务的后端开发，持续对系统进行迭代和演进；

2.与团队合作制定项目计划，完成需求分析、设计、任务分解，并协调跨团队工作以确保按时、高质量交付;

3.独立完成中间件服务的技术架构设计，编码，测试和文档编写；并能推动业务方配合落地;

4.确保Zoom中间件相关服务在高并发环境下的稳定性和可监控性；

5.负责Zoom中间件服务和基础架构依赖的开源框架的安全升级和安全漏洞修复,保障中间件服务和基础架构的安全性;

6.调研和跟进业界同类型的产品，对项目以及技术路线的创新持续作出贡献。

任职要求：

1.本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，3年及以上Java开发经验；

2.扎实的Java基础，深入理解IO、多线程、网络、加解密、反射等技术，以及JVM原理和常用设计模式；

3.熟练掌握Spring、Spring Boot、Spring Cloud、MyBatis等开源框架，理解其原理和机制；4.熟练使用Linux、Nginx、Tomcat,并有一定的调优经验；

5.掌握MySQL数据库设计和性能调优，熟悉DynamoDB，MongoDB等NoSQL数据库；

6.熟悉Memcached、Redis、Kafka、ES等中间件的使用，对中间件系统的监控指标有一定了解；

7.具备良好的沟通表达和团队协作能力，积极主动，执行力强，责任心强；

8.具备英文邮件、文档读写能力，适应全英文工作环境。

加分项：

1.阅读过Nacos, Apollo等配置中心源码，或者进行过二次开发;

2.有Hasicorp Vault、AWS KMS、Cert Manager使用经验;

3.有数据合规系统开发经验，对GDPR、数据分级、数据脱敏、数据水印、隐私保护技术等有了解;

4.对Web相关安全漏洞有识别和处理经验，了解安全编码实践;

5.会除JAVA外的其他语言，例如Python. Golang;

6.较好的英语口语能力。
