资深后端研发工程师(Golang)

岗位职责：

1、设计、开发和维护基于 Golang 的后端服务，确保系统的高可用性和可扩展性。

2、负责后端服务的架构设计和优化，优化服务性能、稳定性和安全性。

3、负责开发和维护与前端和其他系统的接口，并确保接口的稳定性和安全性。

4、负责分析和解决系统中的技术问题，快速响应并解决生产中的问题。

5、负责技术方案的评估和实现，以满足产品需求和业务需求。

6、持续跟踪和学习新技术，根据业务需求评估和引入新技术。

岗位要求：

1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，3年以上 Golang 开发经验。

2、精通 Golang 开发，熟悉常用的开发框架和工具。

3、熟悉分布式系统的设计和开发，有丰富的微服务架构设计和开发经验。

4、熟悉 MySQL、Redis、Kafka 等常用的数据存储和消息中间件，有大规模分布式系统的设计和实现经验。

5、具备优秀的编码能力，熟悉 Linux 环境和常用的调试工具。

6、具备良好的团队协作能力，善于沟通和分享，能够主动发现和解决问题。

7、熟悉常用的项目管理工具和版本控制工具，如 Git、JIRA 等。

8、具有较强的学习能力和创新能力，对新技术和新领域充满好奇心。
