About the Team
We deliver integrated campaigns that drive revenue across awareness, demand, and customer lifecycle. Our team collaborates across product, sales, and regional marketing to execute globally consistent programs with local relevance. We exist to accelerate growth through orchestrated, multi-channel marketing that scales.
Responsibilities
Developing global integrated marketing strategy across awareness, consideration, conversion, adoption, and expansion stages.
Orchestrating multi-channel campaigns across digital, content, events, lifecycle, and partner channels to drive pipeline and revenue.
Leading global marketing operations and regional teams to execute consistent campaigns with local market adaptation.
Partnering with revenue operations, sales, product, and customer success leaders to align on priorities, measurement, and performance.
Building marketing systems including campaign architecture, attribution frameworks, experimentation models, and cross-functional governance.
What we’re looking for
Demonstrate 12+ years of B2B marketing experience with significant leadership in integrated marketing or campaigns for SaaS or cloud platforms.
Show proven success driving pipeline and revenue impact through integrated, cross-channel marketing programs.
Build and scale global campaign systems that enable consistent execution across multiple regions and market segments.
Apply deep understanding of enterprise and mid-market go-to-market motions, including account-based marketing and partner ecosystems.
Communicate effectively with executive stakeholders and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
Bring experience marketing platform products in collaboration, communications, cloud, AI, or enterprise applications.
Demonstrate background in companies with scaled go-to-market motions and partner ecosystems including system integrators, channels, or marketplaces.
Balance brand building with performance marketing rigor through hands-on campaign execution and optimization.
Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Minimum:
$184,300.00Maximum:
$403,200.00In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
