The Events Consultant will join our existing team, to help manage and support the growing demand for Online Event Support. This role will also support public and private training on all of Zoom’s services.
About the Team
This role is part of the Professional Services Organization who are responsible for consultation and deployment of events across Zoom Meetings, Webinars, Sessions and Events. Zoom is a leading provider of video communication and collaboration solutions, dedicated to connecting people through seamless and innovative technology. Our objective is to empower individuals and organizations to achieve more through effective communication and collaboration
Responsibilities
Covering all duties of the Event Services Program: discovery calls, fielding and scheduling requests, managing pricing, conducting events to include troubleshooting during these events.
Providing high-touch technical troubleshooting / support and project management for customer online events (remotely and on site).
Distributing resources accordingly to support online events.
Being self-motivated, highly detail oriented and have expert communications and soft skills.
Working collaboratively in a fast moving, high growth software company where change is a constant
What we’re looking for
Have experience with Project Management and/or Hybrid or Virtual Event Management.
Have experience troubleshooting computer hardware or software; can be Audio Visual (AV) and telephony hardware.
Have exceptional communication skills including clear and concise writing, an engaging presentation style, and group facilitation skills.
Have leadership and teamwork skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and roles.
Have experience working cross-functionally, especially with internal clients or subject matter experts
Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Minimum:
$65 200,00Maximum:
$158 900,00In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
