高级C++研发工程师(跨端SDK)

【团队介绍】

1、在Zoom 2.0时代，我们正在从一款优秀的现象级视频会议产品，逐步升级成协同办公平台，产品横跨了视频会议、语音电话、呼叫中心、智能助手、办公文档等。

2、Zoom Meeting是Zoom平台的核心业务。Team负责跨平台业务逻辑层SDK的开发和维护，服务于Zoom Meeting的若干产品，如Zoom Meeting Client， Zoom Room等;

3、加入国际化团队的协作，能提升英语学习氛围，增强自身软技能

【岗位职责】

1、负责Zoom 产品线客户端SDK的设计、开发和维护；

2、深入理解业务需求，主导项目的需求分析、方案设计、技术调研、编码实现和测试，并持续对系统进行优化；

3、主动发现、分析并解决项目中的技术/业务难题，促进产品的迭代和优化。

【岗位要求】

1、大学本科及以上学历；

2、扎实的C++基础，熟练使用STL、C++11，3年及以上C++开发经验；

3、掌握常用的数据结构、算法和操作系统原理，有多进程和多线程开发经验等；

4、参与过大型C++项目，具备SDK开发经验，熟悉常用设计模式，对架构设计、模块设计和接口设计有一定的见解；

5、良好的执行能力、沟通能力、组织协调能力、团队协作能力以及英语沟通能力；

6、良好的产品意识，重视用户体验，对产品服务精益求精。

【加分项】

1、掌握C++模板知识，熟练使用模板元编程、泛型编程，阅读过STL源码；

2、有服务端开发经验，了解通信和传输协议设计、密码学原理、状态机等；

3、有Windows UI编程相关知识或经验；
