音频开发工程师

职位描述：

1. 音频基础处理算法的开发与维护；

2. 音频编解码算法开发与维护；

3. 对音频编解码/处理算法进行产品化以及性能优化；

4. 提升Zoom产品的音频质量和用户体验。

岗位需求：

1. 本科以上学历，2年以及上相关工作经验，数学、计算机、信号处理、电子工程等相关专业；

2. 熟悉 C/C++/MATLAB/Python 等编程语言，较强的编程和算法实现能力；

3. 良好的数学及信号处理理论基础，了解语音信号处理，有音频编解码/处理 (AEC/NS/AGC等) 经验的优先；

4. 有机器学习基础的优先；

5. 较强的论文检索、英文专业文献阅读能力；

6. 良好的表达沟通能力，专注，很强的责任心。
