岗位职责：

• 设计、实施和维护高度自动化的持续集成和持续部署流程，提高软件交付速度和质量。

• 开发和维护构建、测试和部署脚本，确保其可靠性和可重复性。

• 管理和优化CI/CD工具链，包括但不限于Jenkins、GitLab CI等。

• 与开发团队密切合作，解决持续集成和持续部署过程中的技术难题和挑战。

• 监控和分析持续集成和持续部署过程的性能，提出改进建议以优化流程。

• 研究新的持续集成和持续部署技术，将其应用到现有的软件开发流程中。

任职要求：

• 计算机相关专业本科或以上学历。

• 5年以上互联网公司工作经验，至少有持续集成相关岗位的3年工作经验。

• 具有扎实的编程能力，熟悉至少一种脚本语言如Python以及至少一种编译语言如Java。

• 熟悉常用编译工具，如Maven、Gradle、VS、Cmake、Xcode。

• 有大规模应用CI/CD的项目实践经验，对该领域有深刻的认识。

• 熟练掌握CI/CD工具和技术，如Jenkins、GitLab CI、Docker、Kubernetes、JFrog Artifactory 等。

• 对软件开发流程和持续集成原则有深刻理解，能够设计和优化相应的流程。

• 良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能够与不同团队合作，推动项目进展。

• 具备自我驱动和持续学习的能力，适应快速变化的工作环境。

加分项：

• 良好的英文阅读、沟通水平，有雅思、托福等英文水平证书者优先。

• 对Jenkins及其周边生态有深度使用经验者优先。

• 积极贡献开源项目者优先（请在简历中附上项目地址）。

• 有Jenkins插件开发经验者优先。

• 有维护/管理大规模Jenkins job(1000+)经验者优先。
