高级AI 应用后端开发（Python）

业务介绍：

在Zoom 2.0时代，我们正在从一款优秀的现象级视频会议产品，逐步升级成协同办公平台，产品横跨了视频会议、语音电话、呼叫中心、智能助手、办公文档等。在大模型人工智能高速发展的背景下，Zoom AI正在成为关键的基础架构设施，从产品、技术等多维度串联起多款协同办公产品，起到至关重要的作用。 为加速AI系列产品的迭代和落地，我们构建了AI业务工程团队。团队的目标旨在快速落地 Zoom AI战略构想，为全球客户提供最适用的 AI 原生态产品。

岗位职责：

1、负责参与设计和开发 AI 能力定制开放平台 - AI Studio。包括需求分析、方案设计、架构设计以及编码实现。

2、深入洞察和理解AI业务能力需求，参与 AI相关创新项目的探索和实验。

3、协同AI 基础架构团队和其它业务团队，落地AI创新项目的商业化。

4、主动发现、分析并解决项目中的技术/业务难题，促进 AI产品的迭代和优化。

任职要求：

1、本科及以上学历， 6年及以上开发经验，3年及以上 Python开发经验。

2、具有大语言模型应用开发经验，熟练掌握提示工程和调试。

3、熟悉 Python 语言及Python Web Framework， 例如FaskAPI, Flask等，熟悉AI相关算法及类库的使用。

4、动手能力强，对AI产品有深入独到的见解和经验。

5、熟悉常用的数据库，如MySQL、Redis、MongoDB、Elasticsearch等

6、积极进取，具备良好的抗压能力、创新精神和主人翁精神。

7、具备较强的学习能力和较高的学习热情，能够根据业务需要快速学习和掌握不同的编程语言及应用场景，独立解决新领域的问题。

8、有较强的跨团队沟通协作能力。
