关于产品

新推出的Zoom Workplace，有了Zoom AI Companion的人工智能能力加持，能够为企业用户提供简化的协作体验，提升工作效率。随着AI能力的不断进化，我不断将Zoom AI Companion的能力延伸到我们不同产品当中，这将重新构想出一个全新的人工智能协作平台。

岗位职责

1. 参与需求分析，通过用户行为研究和数据分析挖掘用户需求，与产品团队以及研发部门共同商讨解决方案并独立完成产品交互及UI设计，帮助用户真正解决痛点，提升产品体验；挖掘AIGC的能力，为Zoom平台推动AI设计创新；

2. 与研发部门紧密合作，推进并把控设计实现和落地品质；

3. 主动追踪产品落地反馈，持续优化产品；

4. 主导制定产品设计规范，并持续优化；

5. 在设计部门内部和不同设计师紧密合作，如设计系统、文案设计、用研设计，产出统一有效的结果。

任职要求

具备熟练的英语理解能力和口语能力； 5年以上的User-Centered设计经验； 对人工智能充满热情和工作知识，能够将人工智能技术融入设计中，保持对人工智能技术和趋势的热情，拥有成长心态并能够学习他人的长处； Zoom保持着的产品开发快节奏，您需要通过设计快速交流想法，并与利益相关者和跨团队合作，构建在平台中直观工作的产品； 主导复杂项目的设计，熟练掌握用户行为分析方法和设计工具，熟悉PC/Web/移动端设计规范并灵活运用，有丰富的项目研究和实践经验; 逻辑思维严谨、清晰，理解能力强，善于沟通表达，有设计驱动意识，主动完善产品体验； 强大的执行能力，同时平衡用户需要和业务目标，从0到1完善产品形态； 熟悉团队协作工作流程及时间安排，有过跨国公司工作经验更佳； 相关学科的学士学位或更高学位
