As a member of the Workvivo Employee Experience (EXP) team you will grow awareness, adoption, and deployment of Workvivo across current Zoom customers. You will also act as a market evangelist within new prospects and customers. At Workvivo, our customers mean everything to us.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience successfully managing an Enterprise and Majors sales cycle (5k employees +) that includes outbound lead generation, customer engagement, business case development and contract negotiation

  • Possess substantial experience hunting & closing experience in a fast- paced SaaS environment

  • Able to establish trust quickly with prospective customers and run a full sales lifecycle, start to finish, within the enterprise segment

  • Experience building & maintaining C-level executive relationships

  • Be detail oriented, organised, ethical, responsible, & self-motivated

  • Be passionate about relationships and the customer experience

  • Be fluent in English and French

  • Expérience de la gestion réussie d'un cycle de vente d'une entreprise et d'une grande entreprise (5 000 employés et plus) qui comprend la génération de prospects sortants, l'engagement des clients, l'élaboration d'analyses de rentabilisation et la négociation de contrats

  • Posséder une solide expérience de la recherche et de la clôture dans un environnement SaaS rapide

  • Capable d'établir rapidement un climat de confiance avec des clients potentiels et de gérer un cycle de vie commercial complet, du début à la fin, au sein du segment des entreprises

  • Expérience dans l'établissement et le maintien de relations avec la haute direction

  • Être soucieux du détail, organisé, éthique, responsable et motivé

  • Soyez passionné par les relations et l'expérience client

  • Maîtriser l'anglais et le français
