关于产品
Zoom Revenue Accelerator (ZRA) 是一款一体化的会话智能软件，旨在简化销售人员的工作方式，帮助他们提升绩效和收入。产品通过人工智能和机器学习技术，自动分析 Zoom Meetings 和 Zoom Phone 中的对话，为销售团队提供有价值的洞察和数据支持。

岗位职责：
1. 负责核心业务——会议与销售对话分析模块的用户体验设计，从概念探索到最终落地，构建具有洞察力的AI驱动产品体验；
2. 深入理解销售团队工作流和用户场景，结合对话内容、数据洞察、AI智能能力，设计高效、可感知价值的使用体验；
3. 紧跟销售科技（SalesTech）、生成式AI产品趋势，持续分析竞品并探索创新设计方向；
4. 与产品、工程、AI团队紧密协作，推动设计落地，确保产品体验在复杂数据和模型驱动场景下的可用性与一致性；
5. 负责核心页面与组件的设计走查与验收，保障交付质量，并持续优化业务线的设计资产体系。

任职要求：
1. 本科或以上学历，设计、HCI、认知/应用心理学等专业；
2. 三年及以上用户中心设计经验，具备 SaaS、B2B 产品设计背景，能够胜任复杂业务系统与数据可视化界面设计；
3. 熟练掌握原型和高保真原型工具（如Figma），能够交付清晰易懂的设计；
4. 对AI产品有高度兴趣，具备将AI能力转化为用户价值的设计思维；
5. 具备结构化思考能力，能够快速理解业务逻辑和技术限制，产出简洁、可执行的设计方案；
6. 有用户研究或可用性测试经验，善于通过用户反馈驱动迭代；
7. 表达与协作能力优秀，能高效与跨职能团队沟通与推进；
8. 英语可作为工作语言，具备良好的英文听说能力，能与全球团队协作。
加分项：
1.优秀的视觉能力；
2.有 CRM、销售流程工具、数据可视化平台等 B2B 场景设计经验；
3.有与 AI/大语言模型协作产品的设计经验；
4.有在跨国公司或远程多时区协作背景下工作的经验。
