What you can expect
As a Project Engineer at Workvivo, you will be responsible for providing customer support by resolving queries and troubleshooting technical issues related to our platform. You will also build a repository of resources and become an expert in the use of our tool. Additionally, you will represent the Voice of the Customer, sharing insights with the Product team for ongoing platform improvement.
Your responsibilities will include:
Resolve customer queries and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently and professionally.
Identify recurring trends in customer issues and share these insights with the team to improve support processes.
Develop resources and documentation to enhance the customer support experience.Identifying trends in customer issues and sharing those findings with the team to improve the product and support services.
Leading IT calls with customers' technical teams to set up and configure SSO & User Provisioning.
Ability to provide top-notch support with empathy, driving issues to resolution.
Ability to offer guidance on Workvivo’s features and capabilities, ensuring customers derive maximum value.
What we’re looking for
Experience in a similar role or customer-facing role, preferably in technical support.
Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) to support our Spanish-speaking customers.
Fluency in English (written and spoken) to interact with international teams.
Experience with SQL and the ability to write SQL queries.
Ability to resolve customer queries professionally and in a timely manner.
Proactive approach, anticipating customer questions and building trust.
Please note: This role will be HYBRID should you be situated within 50miles of our offices.

Fraudulent Employment Offers
Zoom is aware of scams that involve fake Zoom job listings posted on third-party sites. Responding applicants are contacted primarily over email, InMail and/or chat applications by people impersonating Zoom employees. Eventually a fake offer letter is sent in exchange for personal identification information as part of a fake new-hire screening process.
Please be advised that these offers, communications and impersonations are illegitimate and fraudulent. All communication with Zoom employees come from an “@zoom.us” email address. Zoom job applicants complete an interview process including in-person (on Zoom) meetings and phone calls.
