岗位职责：
1、负责智能客服平台的需求分析、技术方案设计以及核心功能开发；
2、深入洞察和理解业务，优化系统性能，打造极致用户体验；
3、协同产品经理、设计、开发、测试等跨职能团队紧密协作，推动并保障跨团队项目高质量落地；
4、主动发现、分析并解决项目中的技术/业务难题，促进产品的迭代和优化。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，2年以上Java分布式开发经验；
2、熟悉常见的Java框架和技术，如Spring、Springboot、MyBatis等，熟悉Spring Cloud、Dubbo等微服务框架，具备业务模块的设计与开发能力；
3、对于Java基础技术体系（包括JVM、类装载机制、多线程并发、IO、网络）有一定的掌握和应用经验；
4、熟悉常用的数据库，如MySQL、Redis、MongoDB等，熟悉分布式、高并发系统的设计和开发，具备分布式缓存、消息队列（如Kafka、RabbitMQ）等的使用经验；
5、具备独立解决问题的能力和较强的跨团队沟通协作能力，具备良好的自我驱动力、热情和主人翁精神
加分项：有AI或智能客服相关项目经验者优先。
