What you can expect

We are seeking an enthusiastic Integrated Marketing Manager to oversee digital campaigns and lead content development & event marketing in Japan. This position involves coordinating marketing initiatives and leading digital acquisition and content marketing efforts with multiple teams in Japan. The ideal candidate will report to the Head of Japan Marketing and be passionate about creating impactful marketing strategies.

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years of relevant experience in campaign planning and execution, content development & marketing
• Have the interest in AI, SaaS, UCaaS CCaaS industry, current market trends, and event best practices
• Have experience with marketing in a high-tech, cloud, B2B, or SaaS company
• Have experience and success working in a cross-functional organization, and with a global mindset
• Enjoy working in a high-growth company culture where change is a constant
• Able to function independently, as well as collaboratively with other team members
• Have fluent verbal and written communication skills in Japanese and English.
• Understand Zoom, G-Suite, and Project management tools

• 日本のビジネス戦略に合わせたデジタルキャンペーンおよびコンテンツマーケティングの戦略と目標策定、実行

• 日本のマーケティングチーム（統合マーケティング、イベント、パートナーマーケティング、インサイドセールス）、本社マーケティングと連携し、統合マーケティングキャンペーンと顧客体験を提供するための目標を特定し、戦略とプロジェクト計画を策定し、実行します。

• 本社マーケティングチームと連携して、日本市場にに向けてグローバルのキャンペーンキットやイベントボックスの素材を作り、日本で展開する

• データとインサイトを活用して、ターゲットオーディエンス、セグメントに合ったデジタルマーケティングアプローチを計画、実行する

• キャンペーンのプロジェクトマネージメントをリードし、全体進行管理を行う

• KPIを策定し、社内のPDCAサイクルの策定、実行し、顧客の行動に関するインサイトをもとに、キャンペーンプログラムを継続的に最適化し、新しいマーケティングチャネルを開拓する

• 5年以上のキャンペーン計画から実行、管理までの経験とコンテンツ制作・マーケティング、ローカリゼーションの経験

• AI、SaaS、UCaaS、CCaaS業界、キャンペーン、コンテンツマーケティングに興味があること

• IT、クラウド、B2B、またはSaaS企業でのマーケティング経験

• 学士号または修士号があれば尚可

• プロジェクト管理のスキルを持っていること

• 変化が絶え間なく成長する企業で仕事を楽しめること

• 自己始動型であり、革新的な取り組みをリードしていき、学習意欲が持っている

• チームメンバーとの協力や独立した作業ができること

• クロスファンクショナルな組織での業務経験とグローバルなマインドセット

• Zoom、G-Suite、Salesforce、マーケティングオートメーション、プロジェクト管理ツールを理解していること

• 口頭および文書コミュニケーションスキル

• 日本語と英語のスキル
