About the Team

Business Development Representative team are Workvivo is a fast based team spread across the globe. This role sits within the EMEA team which is based in Dublin, Ireland. The team are enthusiastic, motivated and enjoying working in a high energy team and role.


Responsibilities

  • Identifying and screening potential customers who can gain from the Workvivo platform.

  • Qualifying prospects generated from marketing campaigns for the large to enterprise B2B market

  • Building and nurturing relationships with prospects to drive interest and awareness for Workvivo.

  • Engaging prospects through various sales cadences to drive high conversion rates and generate pipeline.

  • Sharing success stories of how customers are using Workvivo.

  • Developing a deep understanding of the buyer persona and buying journey to improve outbound sales campaigns

  • Reporting data insights to leadership and making recommendations for improvements.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience with SaaS sales space in business development.

  • Be fluent in written and spoken French (to a native speaker standard) English

  • Have experience communicating with C-Level by phone and email.

  • Be able to manage a large number of accounts and work cohesively with Account Executives

  • Be structured, organized, empathic, and have positive energy.

  • Be comfortable with process and ambiguity, and have experience in picking up and explaining ideas and processes to business decision-makers.

  • Have knowledge in tools of the trade such as Hubspot, Salesforce, Zoominfo, LinkedIn, and Outreach.

  • Be open to new concepts and willing to step outside your comfort zone for learning and growth.
