岗位职责：
1.设计、开发和维护自动化测试框架，提高测试效率和稳定性；
2.根据产品需求，编写自动化测试脚本，覆盖功能测试、接口测试等；
3.搭建和优化CI/CD测试流程，提升测试执行效率；
4.参与产品需求分析，制定测试方案，确保测试的完整性和有效性；
5.监控和分析测试结果，定位问题，并推动开发团队进行缺陷修复；
6.参与新技术研究，优化测试工具和方法，提升整体测试能力。
任职要求：
1.本科或以上学历，计算机相关专业，3年以上自动化测试开发经验；
2.具备扎实的编程能力（Python/Java/Go等）；
3.熟悉主流测试框架（如 Selenium、Appium、pytest、Junit、TestNG 等）；
4.具备丰富的API自动化测试经验，熟悉Postman、RestAssured等工具；
5.熟悉CI/CD工具（如 Jenkins、GitLab CI、Docker 等），有DevOps实践经验者优先；
6.了解数据库（MySQL、PostgreSQL、MongoDB等），能够编写基本SQL查询；
7.具有良好的分析和问题解决能力，具备较强的沟通和团队协作能力。
加分项：
熟悉微服务架构，具备Kubernetes、Docker等相关经验；
参与过大型项目的测试开发，能够独立搭建自动化测试框架；
参与过AI自动化测试项目优先；
具备英文邮件、文档读写能力，适应全英文工作环境；
具备英文流利沟通能力是加分项。
