Workvivo, a division of Zoom, seeks a Sales professional to enhance customer experiences and drive company growth in the region. The role within the Workvivo Employee Experience (EXP) team involves leveraging the partner ecosystem, occasionally selling directly to expand the global presence and drive adoption.

What we’re looking for

  • Possess a proven track record of successful hunting and sourcing in a dynamic SaaS environment. The candidate should also have demonstrated deal-closing abilities.

  • Build trust with partners and potential customers. The role involves independently or collaboratively managing the entire sales process, specifically within the Mass market segment. The ideal candidate will excel at running a full sales lifecycle from start to finish.

  • Experience building & maintaining excellent C-level executive relationships

  • Experience executing detailed product presentations and web demonstrations of our software capabilities to customer executives

  • Be able to identify and utilize internal resources (Solutions, Internal Sales Channels etc.) to build Workvivo brand awareness, assist in sales cycles, and close deals

  • Possess great listening skills; you must understand customer challenges, pains and potential objections and articulate the business benefits of adopting Workvivo

  • Have a level of empathy - it’s important for our Account Executives to be good people to colleagues, customers and partners

  • Experience hunting in greenfield environments and leveraging Partners to handle this opportunity

  • Have a desire to attain over achievement of quota and revenue goal
