业务介绍：
1、在Zoom 2.0时代，我们正在从一款优秀的现象级视频会议产品，逐步升级成为AI驱动的协同办公平台，产品横跨了视频会议、语音电话、呼叫中心、智能助手、办公文档等。

2、Zoom客户端是客户发起会议，拨打电话，编辑文档，和AI交互的的入口。Team负责Zoom客户端的开发和维护工作。
3、加入国际化团队的协作，能提升英语学习氛围，增强自身软技能。
工作职责：
1、负责Windows平台下公司Zoom客户端产品的需求分析、方案设计和编码实现和测试，并持续对系统进行优化，确保高性能、高稳定性和良好的用户体验。
2、主动发现、分析并提出项目中的技术/业务难题，促进产品的迭代和优化。
3、协同产品经理、测试、技术支持等人员，共同推进并保障项目高质量落地。
4、参与客户端架构设计，持续优化代码结构，提高可维护性和可扩展性。
5、解决复杂的技术问题，如性能优化、内存管理、线程并发等，提高客户端整体质量。
任职资格：
1、大学本科及以上学历，5年及以上客户端开发经验。
2、掌握C/C++编程，熟练使用STL/C++11，熟悉常见的设计模式，具备良好的接口设计能力。
3、基础知识扎实，掌握常用数据结构和算法，熟悉多线程技术、进程间通信、TCP/IP协议。
4、熟悉Windows平台开发，精通Win32 API/MFC/Qt（至少一种），熟悉Windows消息机制、控件自绘、内存管理等。有基于Duilib界面库开发的经验者优先。
5、有良好的调试和性能优化能力，能够熟练使用WinDbg等工具进行问题排查。
6、具备良好的架构设计能力，有大型Windows客户端开发经验者优先，具有较强的问题分析和解决能力，能够独立承担任务并推动项目落地。
7、具备较强的适应能力、执行力和团队协作能力，能快速学习新知识，热爱编程，有钻研和探索精神。
7、良好的产品意识，重视用户体验，积极主动，抗压能力强且具备一定的英语沟通能力。
加分项：
1、能够将英语作为工作语言，熟悉外企工作环境和业务流程者优先。
2、有开源项目经验或技术博客分享。
3、有DirectX/OpenGL等图形开发经验。
