By leveraging cutting-edge technologies, the team creates innovative solutions that improve efficiency and transform workforce operations.

Responsibilities

• Designing AI-driven features for workforce and quality management using advanced language models.

• Developing and fine-tuning prompts and models for conversational and decision-support use cases.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing workflows.

• Prototyping and evaluating generative AI applications, including simulations and intelligent notifications.

• Contributing to model evaluation frameworks to improve AI accuracy and user experience.

• Assisting in the orchestration of AI workflows for production-scale environments.

• Demonstrate programming skills in Python, Go, or Java.
