What you can expect

The Mobile Marketing Execution Specialist is responsible for executing, optimizing, and analyzing mobile marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. This role focuses on hands-on campaign setup, audience targeting, and creative testing across mobile channels, SMS, WhatsApp, Push notifications, and in-app messaging. The ideal candidate combines analytical skills with operational excellence and attention to detail. This role will also help support the launch of additional mobile channels in global markets. This role will also help support App Store & Google Play Store marketing optimizations

About the Team

The Online Marketing & Retention team is responsible for the launch, optimization, and expansion of multi-channel programs delivered throughout the online customer journey. These initiatives are designed to nurture, grow and retain customers over time. These programs focus on key stages of the customer journey including onboarding, product usage & adoption, new product awareness, platform re-engagement, upgrade/upsell, renewals, and winback.

What we’re looking for

  • Hold a BA in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. With hands-on experience in mobile marketing launch and execution.

  • Execute mobile marketing campaigns using platforms for App Store & Google Play Store optimization.

  • Utilize MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch) and CRM tools (SF, Braze, Airship, Leanplum) for campaign management.

  • Analyse data using Excel/Google Sheets; leverage Looker or Tableau for advanced insights.

  • Manage projects with excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

  • Operate Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio) for campaign execution.

  • Apply Salesforce Data Extensions, AMPscript, and SQL queries for audience segmentation.

  • Implement mobile message delivery best practices and ensure compliance with standards (TCPA, GDPR, CAN-SPAM).

  • Navigate SKAdNetwork and mobile privacy frameworks (ATT, GDPR) effectively

  • Track KPIs and campaign performance with an analytical mindset, including maintaining attention to detail, organizational excellence, and QA standards.
